Refund & Return Policy

At Sweetheart’s Dream, I create unique, handcrafted pieces with passion and care. Because each item is made with artistic intention, all sales are final. However, I understand that unexpected situations arise, so I’ve outlined the policies below to ensure transparency and fairness.


Sweetheart’s Collection: Art Fair & Online Sales

Non-Commissioned Pieces
  • All Sales Final: Once purchased, original artwork cannot be returned or refunded.
  • Damage During Shipping: If your artwork arrives damaged, please contact me within 3 days of delivery with photos of the damage. I will work with you to resolve the issue, which may include  replacement or store credit, depending on the circumstances.
  • Marketing & Copyrights: As the original creator, I retain the right to use images of my artwork for marketing, promotional, and portfolio purposes. Purchasing an artwork does not grant the buyer reproduction or commercial rights unless explicitly agreed upon in writing.


Commissioned & Custom Art

Deposit & Payment
  • A 50% non-refundable deposit is required before work begins.
  • The remaining balance is due upon completion before shipping or delivery.
Change of Mind / Order Cancellation

At the first update, if you decide not to proceed with the piece, you may choose:

      • Replacement: I will re-create a new piece in the same colors, size, and surface at no additional cost (one time).
      • Partial Refund: I will refund 25% of your original deposit (half of what was paid upfront).

After the first update, cancellations are not accepted; the original deposit will be kept to cover production costs, and you will not owe the balance.

Final Approval & Adjustments
  • Before shipping, you’ll receive a final image of your piece PRIOR to any application of sealant (resin or other medium). Minor adjustments may be possible at this stage, but major changes would be impossible.
  • Please allow at least 3 weeks between production and shipping to allow for sealant(s) to cure. I’ll notify you with tracking information once your piece is on its way.
  • Marketing & Copyrights: I retain the right to use images of commissioned artwork for promotional and portfolio purposes unless otherwise agreed upon. The buyer does not have reproduction or commercial rights unless specified in a written agreement.


Jewelry

  • All Sales Final: Due to hygiene and the unique nature of each piece, all jewelry sales are final.
  • Damage During Shipping: If your jewelry arrives damaged, please notify me within 3 days of delivery with photos. Depending on the situation, I may offer a refund (minus shipping costs) or a similar replacement. Because of the one-of-a-kind nature, the replacement will not be a replica or “twin” of the piece being replaced. Each piece is unique to itself. No two will ever be alike.

Digital Downloads

  • Non-Refundable: Due to the instant nature of digital downloads, all sales of digital products are final. If you experience issues accessing your file, please contact me for assistance.
  • Personal Use Only: All digital downloads are for personal use only and may not be resold, shared, or used for commercial purposes. Purchasing a file does not grant ownership or redistribution rights.

  • No PLR or Commercial Use: These files are not sold with Private Label Rights (PLR) and cannot be resold, modified for resale, or used for print-on-demand or commercial purposes. For extended licensing inquiries, please contact me directly.
